D-Ridge Volleyball Spikes Down Arvada

This Friday Dakota Ridge Women’s Varsity Volleyball took the win from Arvada. These ladies played Arvada West High School who wouldn’t go down without a fight. During their first game the Eagles worked hard and all came together to bump, set, and spike down on the opponents. After some amazing plays the Lady Eagles took over the game.
With the theme being ‘jerseys,’ it could be seen by all that the Dakota Ridge students were full of school spirit while actively engaging in cheers. The audience was lively with energy pumping up the team and supporting them throughout the whole game.
Marie, a regular attendee and mother to Jordana Volpe (12) #11, says during the third game, “It’s going great! They are all doing very well, I’m hoping they win in three [games].” And although they didn’t win in three games they really came together for the fourth game and took the win with the score being 25-15.
