Students Paddle Or Swim Across In the DRHS Boat Races

Dakota Ridge High School physics classes took to Carmody Rec. Center on November 6th for the annual boat races. The pool was packed with students and family watching to see if the boats were going to sink or make it across. Students worked for weeks on the boats which were only allowed to be made out of cardboard and tape. Students line up on one side of the pool preparing to put their boats into the water. Teachers stood at the start line, ready to grade their students on how far the boats make it.
