Now that the holiday season has begun, there may be lots of free time, especially over break. Something to do could be making baked mac and cheese! This fast and easy ingredient recipe always turns out great. This recipe took about 40 minutes to one hour to make, including time waiting for the mac and cheese to bake in the oven. The recipe is also something you can bring to dinners with family or friends all year long! It’s sure to be a hit.

Step 1: Gather all of the ingredients. The ingredients in this recipe are:
1 box of 16 ounce macaroni;
3 cups of cheddar cheese;
1 cup of mozzarella cheese;
1 cup of black creek cheddar cheese with parmesan notes, or just plain parmesan cheese can be used;
¼ cup of colby jack cheese;
½ stick of butter;
¼ cup of flour;
4 ½ cups of milk;
Salt and pepper;
A pinch of cayenne pepper;
½ tsp. of dry mustard.
Any cheeses can be used -- it doesn’t need to be these exact varieties. Any cheese will taste good with the recipe.
