Dakota Ridge High School hosted the Dakota Ridge Area Choir Festival on November 14. The Blue Heron Elementary Choir, Mount Carbon Sound, Powderhorn Panther Choir, Westridge WildNotes, Summit Ridge Advanced Choir, Dakota Ridge Rubies, and Dakota Ridge Eagleaires performed for their friends and family in the audience.
Music directors Elke Diefendort, Holly Baier, Travis Stevens, Georgia Gross, Erica Brinkmann, and Alexis Rolls-Duffy lead students through the concert. “The best thing about having a director is that they help keep you on pace,” senior Charles Gross said. “They also help to find what's best for you to help you to be comfortable performing.”
