On Monday, September 16, 2025, Dakota Ridge begins the week long celebration of Homecoming. With the short week, parade, football game, and spirit week events, the school buzzes in excitement as the days lead up to the dance.

Kaylee Walls is a junior and joined the Journalism class because of a recommendation from her 9th grade English teacher. After a few months of writing for The Cord News, she fell in love with the art of it and has been writing since.
