Fashion is something that defines a period of time in history and evolves throughout the years to show what is popular and in trend for that period of time. The clothes that were the norms in the past are dramatically different from the clothes that we wear today. How it has changed is just as interesting.
Women’s fashion in the 50s was leaning out of the formal wear of the previous decades and becoming more loose and varied for women. The fashion tended to be elegant, and the silhouette slimmer and informal.
Fashion has evolved over the last half century since the 1950’s, nowadays fashion is varied and many styles are out there for people to wear. From formal wear to casual wear, fashion has evolved to express individuality among cultures and individuals.
